Ecommerce Logistics & Warehouse Executive

1. Warehouse & Inventory ManagementReceive, inspect, label, and store incoming stock. Maintain stock records and perform regular inventory audits. Update stock on Unicommerce, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Ensure proper FIFO and reracking of RTO stock. 2. Packaging & Quality CheckPerform QC before packing – product, plating, and damage check. Pack orders according to company SOPs, ensuring premium presentation. Maintain daily packaging material stock and reorder levels. 3. Order Fulfillment & DispatchProcess daily orders (Shopify, FBA, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.). Generate picklists, manifests, and shipping labels. Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Amazon, Porter, etc.). Ensure timely handover and dispatch TAT (same-day/next-day). 4. FBA / FBF / Warehouse DispatchCoordinate with Amazon for FBA and Flipkart for FBF shipments. Handle inwarding, packaging, and ASN generation. Maintain Excel sheets for dispatched, pending, and in-transit FBA/FBF shipments. 5. Logistics & Courier CoordinationTrack shipments, resolve delays, and escalate NDRs and lost orders. Claim SLA breach or weight discrepancies with logistics partners. Maintain delivery TAT and RTO/cancellation reports. 🛠️ Skills Required: Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) Familiar with Unicommerce, Shiprocket, and courier tracking tools MS Excel/Google Sheets – basic to intermediate Attention to detail and process orientation Good communication and coordination skills
