Identify target markets and set growth objectives. · Lead Generation & Qualification: Source potential franchisees via digital campaigns, trade shows, referrals, and networking. Assess prospects based on resources, business mindset, and alignment with brand values. · Sales Process Management: Guide leads through the end-to-end franchise sales cycle. Deliver compelling presentations, conduct site visits, and respond to queries. · Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Lead contract discussions and ensure legal/regulatory compliance during finalization. · Onboarding & Training: Oversee induction and training for new franchisees covering operations, brand standards, and sales techniques. · Franchisee Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners. Provide ongoing support and ensure franchisee satisfaction. · Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate franchise sales, compliance, and profitability. Report performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis. · Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in franchise development or B2B partnerships. · Required Skills Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities. Relationship management and interpersonal excellence. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively. · Desired Attributes Analytical Thinking: Evaluate market trends and identify franchise growth opportunities.
