Job Description

Job Role Purpose

To identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise Investor partners across regions to drive FICO/FIFO business expansion of various brands, ensure alignment with brand standards, and achieve franchise sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


1. Franchise Investment Sales (FICO/FIFO)

·       Identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners to invest in FICO/FIFO Model Franchise Business.

·       Present the FICO/FIFO franchise model, investment requirements, ROI projections, and business support to potential partners.

·       Manage end-to-end FICO/FIFO franchise sales process — from lead generation to deal closure and agreement signing.

·       Manage the Tele Calling Sales team to convert leads into Sales


2. Documentation & Agreements

·       Coordinate with legal and finance teams to prepare franchise agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.

·       Ensure all franchise agreements are compliant with brand policies and legal norms.

3. Coordination with Internal Teams

·       Work closely with operations, projects, and marketing teams to ensure smooth pre-opening and launch of new franchise outlets.

·       Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align franchise offerings with market needs.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

·       Maintain weekly/monthly reports on franchise inquiries, conversion ratios, revenue targets, and pipeline health.

·       Present expansion performance and forecasts to management.

5. Brand Representation

·       Represent the company at franchise expos, investor meets, and other networking events.

·       Promote the brand’s value proposition and support programs to potential franchisees.


Key Skills & Competencies

·       Proven experience in franchise Investor sales  and Onboarding (F&B, Retail, Hotel & Hospitality, Real Estate or QSR sectors preferred).

·       Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

·       Ability to understand financial models, ROI calculations, and business feasibility.

·       Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.

·       Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data tracking.

·       Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

    - Gold’s Gym, Anytime Fitness, VLCC, Naturals, Apollo Clinics

 

Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·      MBA preferred.

  • You will report to the CEO of EBG Group

Reporting Office

  • You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Madhapur/Hitec City Area, Hyderabad
  • Working Days are from Monday to Saturday - 10 am to 7pm, Work from Office
