About the Role

GD Goenka Healthcare is looking for an experienced Franchise Acquisition Manager to expand its PAN-India academy network. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners while driving growth aligned with the organization’s standards and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development & Acquisition

• Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across India
• Present and explain the GD Goenka Healthcare franchise model to investors
• Conduct franchisee evaluations, discussions, and due diligence
• Negotiate and close franchise agreements in coordination with management and legal teams
• Ensure franchisees understand SOPs, compliance, and operational expectations

Sales & Market Expansion

• Drive franchise acquisition targets and regional expansion
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaigns
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events

Relationship Management & Reporting

• Build long-term relationships with franchise partners
• Support franchise onboarding and transition phases
• Prepare sales updates, lead reports, and MIS for management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 7–8 years of experience in franchise sales or business development
• Experience in education or healthcare sector preferred
• Strong understanding of franchise models and compliance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Willingness to travel PAN-India
