Position Overview

Franchise Acquisition Manager

You will ensure that every franchise partner meets Factori.com's standards of capability, credibility, and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Validation & Screening
  • Review and qualify inbound franchise leads and applications.
  • Validate background, intent, financial strength, and basic eligibility.
  • Shortlist only serious and high-potential candidates for further evaluation.
2. Applicant Evaluation
  • Conduct detailed telephonic and video discussions with prospective franchisees.
  • Assess business acumen, operational capability, and alignment with Factori.com's values.
  • Verify documents, financial readiness, and local market understanding.
3. Franchise Opportunity Presentation
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations on the Factori.com Experience Center model.
  • Explain investment, margins, revenue potential, operational responsibilities, and support.
  • Address queries confidently and build trust with prospective partners.
4. Conversion & Onboarding
  • Guide selected partners through the complete onboarding journeydocumentation, agreement execution, payments/deposits, and launch planning.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and experience-center support teams.
  • Ensure all CRM entries, documents, and follow-ups are accurate and up to date.
5. Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Maintain a structured franchise acquisition pipeline with clear stages.
  • Track lead status, conversion ratios, timelines, and reasons for drop-offs.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports and insights with senior leadership.
6. Market & Competition Intelligence
  • Keep track of how other strong brands scale via franchises.
  • Benchmark Factori.com's franchise offering and suggest improvements.
  • Share on-ground feedback to refine the franchise program and messaging.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 37 years

    of experience in franchise acquisition, franchise sales, or channel development.
  • Prior experience with

    credible brands

    that have scaled through franchise networks (retail, QSR, education, distribution, services, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of franchise models, partner evaluation, and agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to assess people and make sound recommendations.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, structured follow-up, and reporting.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience handling

    high-ticket franchise deals

    or multi-unit franchisees.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work independently from the fulfillment center.
  • Professional, process-driven, and disciplined.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage.
