Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Department: Marketing & Sales Job Responsibilities: Execute on-ground marketing activities, campaigns, and events to promote products/services. Promote the seller program highlighting benefits: low entry cost, high visibility, affiliate-driven sales model, and zero renewal charges. Generate and close franchise leads by presenting the Good Income business model. Conduct presentations, meetings, and field visits with potential sellers and franchise partners. Support sellers in registration, product listing, and profile setup. Support franchise partners with initial setup, training, and ongoing sales growth. Maintain a structured pipeline for seller and franchise leads and report progress regularly. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operational support. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to generate leads. Requirements: 5* years of experience in B2B sales, seller acquisition, or franchise development. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces, seller platforms, or franchise business models is a plus. Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred (for field role).
