Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A professional to join our finance team. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and decision support for business leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and hands-on experience using
Planful
for performance management and
Sage
for accounting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
- Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using Planful.
- Partner with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards, and reports, to monitor financial performance.
- Extract and reconcile financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting.
- Provide ad hoc analysis
- Assist with Board reporting
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with accounting software for GL and transactional data.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
