Job Description

As an FP&A Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating variance analysis reports and financial models. - Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Leading real-time financial performance monitoring. - Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives. - Presenting detailed monthly financial reports to managers. - Collaborating with senior members of the accounting and finance teams. - Developing region-specific, cross-functional analysis and reporting. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills: Essential: - CA/ICWA/MBA/masters in finance (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Core FP&A data analysis and reporting. - Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (including macros, data mining, reporting), Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience working in an SAP environment for data mining and analysis. - Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written. Proficiency in international languages will be a plus.,
