FP&A Sr. Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior FP&A Analyst at MicroSourcing, you will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and decision support for business leaders. Your strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling tools will be essential in maintaining and improving financial models, analyzing financial results, and supporting budget processes. You will collaborate with department heads, build dashboards, and reports to monitor financial performance, and provide valuable insights through variance analysis. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc analysis, Board reporting, and other assigned responsibilities to meet the organization's needs. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. - Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. - Support budget and reforecast processes using Planful. - Collaborate with department heads to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities. - Develop dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance. - Extract and reconcile financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis. - Provide ad hoc analysis and support Board reporting. - Perform other duties as assigned to meet ongoing requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, or strategic planning. - Proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel / Google Sheets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting financial information clearly. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
