The company operates through cloud kitchens and dine-in formats, focusing on food quality, hygiene, and sustainability. About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic FP&A analyst to join our team, focusing primarily on data-driven support for Investor Relations (IR) activities and shareholder communications. The ideal candidate will work closely with the IR team and leadership to ensure accurate, insightful, and timely information is prepared for investor presentations, board reports, and various external communications.


Key Responsibilities

·        Gather, analyze, and validate financial and operational data to support the creation of investor presentations, quarterly earnings materials, and shareholder updates.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, business units) to source and clarify key financial and business metrics.

·        Continuously monitor, refine, and improve data collection and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

·        Assist in preparing board presentations, financial press releases, and annual/quarterly shareholder communication materials.

·        Maintain and standardize data repositories for use in recurring reporting and ad hoc requests.

·        Support ad hoc analysis and benchmarking, as requested by Investors.


Qualifications & Requirements

·        Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) , Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

·        4-6 years’ experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or a similar quantitative field.

·        Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

·        Experience in preparing or supporting investor or management communications is a plus.

·        Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.


Preferred

·        Experience in the finance function in a listed company in India.

·        Exposure to ERP/BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

·        Familiarity with SEBI regulations and stock exchange disclosure requirements.
