General Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Unit Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards in food quality, guest service, hygiene, and safety.
• Implement and streamline operational systems and SOPs for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms and internal audit requirements.

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, and their teams.
• Foster a performance-driven culture centered around accountability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Coach Restaurant Managers on all aspects of customer experience and unit-level P&L management.

3. P&L and Business Performance

• Take complete ownership of financial performance across locations.
• Monitor business metrics, manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Conduct structured daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  10 years

  of experience in regional/multi-unit restaurant operations leadership.
• Proven experience with

  South Indian cuisine formats

  such as QSR, casual dining, or sweet/confectionery retail.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities across diverse geographies.
• Demonstrated success in

  P&L ownership

  , financial analysis, cost control, and operational KPIs.
