Job Responsibility ï‚· GTM Strategy: Oversee creation of a sound GTM Strategy for the company and deliver results by meticulous execution, by creating, planning, and implementing the strategic direction ï‚· Strategic plans and Budgets: Coordinate the development of the annual budget and related operational performance indicators and ensure the smooth operational functioning of the company, according to budgets and strategic plans ï‚· Sharing Market updates: Ensure that the company & leadership is continuously aware of the competitive landscape, development prospects, consumer habits, and industry developments ï‚· Cross functional business activities: Work with various verticals including operations, sales, production and procurement, oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy & mission ï‚· Engage with external stakeholders: Including buyers, suppliers, distribution partners and events partners, build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders and focus on winning new customers ï‚· Voice and face of the company: Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company and act as the key face of the company ï‚· New business generation: Develop new customers & channels to market and manage existing customer & channel partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved. ï‚· Capitalize on the new opportunities: by continuous monitoring and assessment and Initiate, progress, and close new business at assigned key accounts. ï‚· Coordinate with the sales team: regarding dispatch, invoicing and payments collection and document information. ï‚· Coordinate with the procurement team: regarding procurement, inventory and production cycles and document information Show more Show less
