Role Overview Commercially-driven programmatic sales leader with 5+ years’ experience selling programmatic inventory and ad-tech solutions to agencies and brands. Expert at building agency relationships, running technical demos and pilots, and converting trials into long-term partnerships. Strong at GTM execution, cross-functional deal orchestration (product, trading, analytics) and delivering measurable revenue growth for AI-enabled media products. Core responsibilities Own end-to-end programmatic sales process for assigned region: prospecting, pitches, pilots, contracting and onboarding. Build and deepen relationships with media agencies, trading desks and direct brands; act as primary commercial point of contact. Run product demos, technical workshops, and executive briefings to demonstrate Programmatic+ value. Design pilot scopes, coordinate trading & analytics teams to deliver measurable KPIs and convert pilots into scaled campaigns. Negotiate commercial terms (CPM, floors, revenue share, SLAs) and close mid-to-large deals. Track pipeline, forecasts and sales metrics; report performance and market insights to Sales Director and leadership. Identify cross-sell opportunities (social/search/CTV and carbon-offset offerings) and collaborate with product to tailor solutions. Represent the company at industry events and drive thought leadership with clients. Must-have 5+ years experience in media sales with demonstrable programmatic inventory experience (DSPs/SSPs/PMPs). Media-agency or publisher sales background — proven relationships across agency trading desks and senior brand stakeholders. Strong track record of closing complex B2B/ad-tech deals and meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, header bidding, data partnerships, yield models). As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Climaty AI, your role will involve hands-on execution of paid social and search campaigns. You will be responsible for managing campaigns from strategy development to performance optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results aligned with client objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, launching, and managing paid social and search campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others. - Developing platform-specific strategies and targeting plans based on business objectives. - Monitoring daily budget pacing, bid strategies, A/B testing, and tracking KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CTR. - Analyzing campaign performance, creating dashboards, and providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. - Collaborating with creative teams to ensure adherence to platform best practices and quality assurance of ad creatives. - Coordinating with tech/data teams to implement UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and audience retargeting pixels. - Staying updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and new ad formats.
