As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Climaty AI, your role will involve hands-on execution of paid social and search campaigns. You will be responsible for managing campaigns from strategy development to performance optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results aligned with client objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, launching, and managing paid social and search campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others. - Developing platform-specific strategies and targeting plans based on business objectives. - Monitoring daily budget pacing, bid strategies, A/B testing, and tracking KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CTR. - Analyzing campaign performance, creating dashboards, and providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. - Collaborating with creative teams to ensure adherence to platform best practices and quality assurance of ad creatives. - Coordinating with tech/data teams to implement UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and audience retargeting pixels. - Staying updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and new ad formats. Qualifications required for this role: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing focusing on paid social (Meta Ads) and search (Google Ads). - Proven track record in managing direct response campaigns with clear KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and conversions. - Proficiency in campaign structure best practices, audience segmentation, and creative testing. - Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and Looker Studio. - Strong data-driven mindset, excellent Excel skills, and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills and ability to present campaign insights to both internal and external teams. Nice to have qualifications: - Previous experience in a high-growth startup or digital-first agency environment. - Familiarity with AI-based campaign optimization tools. - Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads would be a bonus.
