As a Strategy & Ops Associate, you’ll act as the analytical and operational backbone of the Founder’s Office. Your role is to bring clarity to noise, track execution, and provide data-backed insights that help founders and department heads make better decisions.
You’ll be responsible for structuring projects, building reports, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that strategy translates into execution. From process audits and cross-functional coordination to KPI dashboards and special founder-led projects, you’ll play a critical role in making Optimite more efficient and scalable.

1–3 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or analytics.

Strong data and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or Power BI).

Experience with project management tools (ClickUp/Asana/Jira).

Excellent written and verbal communication.

High ownership mindset with the ability to follow through independently.

Exposure to Founder’s Office or startup environments.
