What You’ll Work On — Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will work directly with the founder and the founding team and be entrusted with end-to-end ownership of small but high-impact projects:
- Support sales and business development: lead research, targeted outreach, qualification, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, decks, and sales collateral.
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities: social media posts, email campaigns, content outreach, and performance tracking.
- Manage trackers for leads, tasks, sprints, and ongoing initiatives to ensure SLAs and timelines are met.
- Drive operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of projects and client deliveries.
- Take ownership of small projects or pilots (research, outreach campaigns, process improvements) and deliver them end-to-end.
- Participate in client or stakeholder calls; convert notes into clear action items and follow-ups.
- Work closely with product, sourcing, and delivery teams to coordinate releases, handoffs, and client onboarding.
- Conduct quick research, benchmarking, or competitive analysis to support strategy and pitch prep.
- Shadow the founder on strategic discussions and contribute practical inputs for rapid experiments.

- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slides, email outreach tools, and basic CRM/trackers (Notion, Trello, or similar).

- Bonus: prior exposure to sales outreach, content creation, analytics, or any startup role.
- High-ownership mindset and willingness to work directly with founders.
