CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR - Growth Manager
As Growth Manager at CurioBoat, you will own the acquisition, activation, retention and expansion of children/parents into our activity centres. You will build and execute strategies that scale CurioBoat’s presence in new neighbourhoods, increase enrolments, optimise funnel performance across digital & offline channels, and strengthen brand-engagement with parents and communities. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, operations, product (programs), and partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities: 60-70% of your time

growth strategies
to drive: - New neighbourhood launches (identify locations, partner schools/centers)
- Parent & child enrolments in existing centres
- Retention of students across terms and upselling of additional programs
- Analyse funnel metrics (e.g., awareness → inquiry → trial class → signup → retention) and identify bottlenecks.
- Design and run experiments: A/B tests (landing pages, email/sms workflows), referral programs, neighbourhood-based campaigns, local partnerships.
- Optimise digital marketing (Google, Meta, local DSPs), offline channels (flyers, school tie-ups, parent referrals) and measure ROI.
- Work closely with Program & Operations teams to ensure onboarding/trial is smooth, parents are engaged, and the experience drives word-of-mouth.
- Lead partnerships: with schools, preschools, community centres, local influencers, parent clubs for co-marketing and expansion.
- Build dashboards and report to senior leadership on growth metrics: CAC (cost-to-acquire a student), Lifetime value (LTV), retention rates, neighbourhood profitability.
- Own local market intelligence: understand parent behaviours, competitor landscape (other kids’ activity providers), pricing dynamics, and neighbourhood demand.
- Collaborate with the brand & content team to create parent-facing content, community events, and referral drives that reinforce CurioBoat’s child-first, play-based learning positioning.
Secondary Responsibilities: Teaching - 30-40% of your time

- Work with the Marketing teams to help improve quality of leads
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Improve existing curriculum and come up with new lesson plans

- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, funnel metrics, growth experiments.
- Demonstrable track record of scaling channels and driving measurable growth (acquisition + retention) in a hyper-local or region-based business.
- Experience working with both digital and offline channels (given CurioBoat’s neighborhood/physical centre nature).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to operate cross-functionally (marketing, operations, product, partnerships).
- Hands-on, bias for experimentation, startup-mindset — comfortable wearing many hats and iterating quickly.
- Passion for education, children’s development, or community-driven services is a strong plus.
