Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage (F&B) Service professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team as a Room Service Order Taker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and sales.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Possess strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
