Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Hilton, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall customer experience.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Team Leader or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
