About the Role

Aeden Fruits International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to support our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle administration, maintenance scheduling, and supporting logistics for a busy fleet. Experience with temperature-controlled vehicles and in the perishables or EX-IM sector is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily scheduling and dispatch of fleet vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver logs.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance and repairs for all vehicles to maximize uptime and ensure safety.
• Act as a primary point of contact for drivers, addressing daily operational inquiries and coordinating route assignments.
• Assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance with all safety and transportation regulations.
• Support the Logistics Manager in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on fleet  efficiency and costs.
• Help manage relationships with service vendors, including repair shops and fuel providers.
• Utilize fleet management software to track vehicles in real-time and assist with route planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fleet administration or logistics coordination role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably dealing with perishables or time-sensitive deliveries.
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics is a strong plus.

• Skills:
• Proficiency with fleet management or logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A collaborative team player who can work closely with drivers, warehouse staff and management.
