Fleet Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Fleet Coordinator (Contractual) in South India, you will play a crucial role in managing the backend operations of assigning buses to different routes and coordinating driver & host schedules with bus partners. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation of Flix's services, including bus operations, logistics, data analysis, and vendor management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate driver and host schedules with the bus partners - Manage bus assignments and handle breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers - Act as the primary point of contact between TCs and the Multiplicator team - Collaborate with Traffic control for daily issues and monitor route deviations - Track and report violations, generate daily operational reports for bus partners - Provide insights on necessary route adjustments and manage stop and boarding point coordinates - Monitor and report any illicit activities to maintain operational integrity - Ensure completion of the training program and initiate the background verification process - Ensure completion of boarding point handouts Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations company - Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends for operational efficiency - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, willing to work in shifts (24/7) - Strong geographical knowledge of South India and willingness to travel regularly - Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu - Communicative and a team player Additional Company Details: At Flix, you will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly scaling start-up and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of intercity travel operations, ground operational excellence, data analysis, and vendor management processes.
