We are recruiting Fleet Coordinator from India, for a Contracting Company based in Sharjah, UAE

Job Purpose

Requirements:

• Assist in transportation of personnel, documents, cash or cheques on a timely basis to required destinations within the UAE.
• Prepare delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
• Negotiate contracts with external transportation companies, assign drivers to routes, handle employee complaints, and investigate delivery issues.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Admin Manager for new vehicle registrations and renewals (MULKIYA) for all vehicles.
• Monitor and report driver-related issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing problems.
• Work closely with Drivers and Admin Manager to ensure vehicles are not misused, properly maintained, sanitized, and sent for timely inspection, repair, and maintenance.
• Implement new and innovative transportation practices.
• Prepare reports on cost, performance, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and quarterly and annual reviews.
• Perform vehicle inspection data entry accurately and promptly.
• Manage handover data entry for vehicles.
• Develop plans and schedules for vehicle inspections.
• Send emails to all projects regarding vehicle inspections and arrange police reports from projects for any repairs required.
• Organize and maintain files and folders for handover and vehicle inspection documents in Dropbox.
• Assist colleagues and perform any other tasks assigned by management. Assist team members and perform any other related task assigned by management.
