Job Description

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing the embarkation and disembarkation processes for crew members, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. This includes coordinating between our cruise line clients and crew to facilitate seamless travel and onboard assignments. The role ensures compliance with all necessary requirements, including visa processing, travel documentation, and regulatory compliance, to avoid any delays or issues. The coordinator also monitors timelines and provides support to both crew members and clients throughout the entire process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar position in the shipping/cruise industry preferred
  • Adaptability to new office software/tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google sheets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Mumbai and Goa based applicants only
