Role Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the fitness market. Lead and manage the sales team towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Oversee customer engagement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities. Provide training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to develop improvement strategies. Collaborate with marketing to create impactful promotional campaigns. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions. Manage budgets and forecasts for the sales department. Resolve any customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the sales team. Prepare and present sales reports to upper management. Identify potential new markets and customer segments for growth. Stay updated on industry developments and trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. Knowledge of fitness products and services. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across various functions. A customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs. Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities. Understanding of market trends and dynamics. Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
