Role Overview

Fintech Senior Level Field Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with retail partners.
• Conduct regular training sessions for agents on AePS, DMT, Mini-ATM, Recharge, Bill Payments, and CMS services.
• Provide on-ground support for partners, ensuring compliance with company standards and RBI guidelines.
• Monitor daily transactions and proactively resolve issues or escalations.
• Promote and cross-sell new digital and financial services to increase adoption and revenue.
• Collect and analyze feedback from retail partners to support service improvements.
• Assist in

  market research, competitor analysis, and regional growth strategies.

• Prepare reports on partner performance, transaction volumes, and growth projections.

• Act as a bridge between UsetoPay’s internal team and field partners

  , ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  .
• Strong

  relationship management and communication skills.

• Proven experience in training, onboarding, and supporting agents or distributors.

• Good understanding of financial services, compliance, and regulatory norms.

• Proficiency in data analysis, MIS reporting, and market research.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in hybrid work settings.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or digital payment services

  is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in

  local languages (Hindi/Rajasthani) is a plus.
