Role Overview We are looking for a Fintech Senior Level Field Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, involving both on-site and remote responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial services and the ability to manage retail partner networks, promote fintech adoption, and ensure smooth execution of transactions. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with retail partners. Conduct regular training sessions for agents on AePS, DMT, Mini-ATM, Recharge, Bill Payments, and CMS services. Provide on-ground support for partners, ensuring compliance with company standards and RBI guidelines. Monitor daily transactions and proactively resolve issues or escalations. Promote and cross-sell new digital and financial services to increase adoption and revenue. Collect and analyze feedback from retail partners to support service improvements. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and regional growth strategies. Prepare reports on partner performance, transaction volumes, and growth projections. Act as a bridge between UsetoPay’s internal team and field partners , ensuring smooth communication and execution. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field . Strong relationship management and communication skills. Proven experience in training, onboarding, and supporting agents or distributors. Good understanding of financial services, compliance, and regulatory norms. Proficiency in data analysis, MIS reporting, and market research. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in hybrid work settings.
