Fintech Senior Level Field Officer

As a Fintech Senior Level Field Officer at our dynamic team in Jaipur, your role will involve a hybrid setup of on-site and remote responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on managing retail partner networks, promoting fintech adoption, and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with retail partners. - Provide on-ground support for partners, ensuring compliance with company standards and RBI guidelines. - Monitor daily transactions and proactively resolve issues or escalations. - Promote and cross-sell new digital and financial services to increase adoption and revenue. - Collect and analyze feedback from retail partners to support service improvements. - Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and regional growth strategies. - Prepare reports on partner performance, transaction volumes, and growth projections. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong relationship management and communication skills. - Proven experience in training, onboarding, and supporting agents or distributors. - Good understanding of financial services, compliance, and regulatory norms. - Proficiency in data analysis, MIS reporting, and market research. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in hybrid work settings. - Proficiency in local languages (Hindi/Rajasthani) is a plus.
