Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Executive, based in Jaipur, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, maintaining compliance with labor laws, assisting in creating HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role involves managing employee relations, facilitating training programs, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
• Understanding of Payroll, Compliance, and Employee Benefits
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures
• Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Training Facilitation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with a mix of in-office and remote tasks
• Experience in the fintech or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
