Job Description:
What You will do:

• Coordinating testing of materials and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Progress Reporting: Preparing regular progress reports and monthly consumption reports.
• Material Quality: Checking the quality of materials received on site and preparing quality reports and defect reports.
• Supervision: Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to schedules and quality standards.
• Defect Identification & Resolution: Identifying and resolving defects or issues related to finishing works.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of materials used, testing results, and project progress.
• Finishing Works Expertise: Knowledge of Materials: Possesses a thorough understanding of various finishing materials, including their properties, applications, and installation methods.
• Finishing Techniques: Being proficient in various finishing techniques, such as painting, tiling, plastering, and flooring.
• Drawing Interpretation: Accurately interpreting architectural and structural drawings to ensure proper execution of finishing works.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the finishing phase of a project.
• Safety: Ensuring that all finishing works are carried out in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Coordination and Communication:Communication: Communicating effectively with all clients, architects, and other team members.
• Coordination: Coordinating the efforts of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Problem Solving: Establishing a system to ensure collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in civil engineering or related projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D) and MS Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of structural analysis and geotechnical engineering.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
