Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to senior management and the board.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function to support business decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to support operational and strategic goals.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Partner with other departments to support business expansion, mergers & acquisitions, and investment initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance financial performance and business sustainability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Proven track record in financial planning, business partnering, and strategic leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, business acumen, and leadership capability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in multinational or regional organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced financial modeling tools.
• Exposure to M&A, investment management, or business transformation projects.
