About the Role

Finance Director

What You’ll Own

• Budgeting, forecasting, and full FP&A strategy
• Local finance ops: accounting, audits, controls, compliance
• Financial reporting to global leadership
• Team building — lead and grow the PH finance team
• Cross-functional support (sales, ops, HR) for pricing, margin control, and decision-making
• Risk management, internal controls, tax/regulatory compliance

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance/accounting roles
• Proven leadership experience in BPO or offshoring environments
• Strong FP&A + operational finance experience
• Experience managing local finance teams (ideally in APAC)
• Ready to relocate to the Philippines
• CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance

Good-to-Have

• Experience with multinational operations / cross-border reporting
• Prior Big Four background
• Exposure to M&A, transfer pricing, or fundraising activities
