Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Director. The role is based in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, analyze financial data, and develop strategies to optimize organizational performance. Additional responsibilities include leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring fiscal compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
• Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software tools and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
• Proven experience in financial management roles
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams
