Job Description

As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategies and operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing financial strategies in alignment with business growth plans. - Leading long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Providing insightful analysis on pricing, margin, and product costing. - Overseeing cost accounting, raw material costing, and production cost control. - Collaborating with various teams to optimize procurement costs, manufacturing expenses, and inventory levels. - Establishing cost control measures to enhance profitability. - Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. - Managing compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. - Efficiently handling banking, treasury, and funding operations. - Managing financial modules in ERP systems to ensure accuracy and process integrity. - Leading process automation, digitalization, and real-time reporting efforts. - Establishing internal controls, audit readiness, and governance framework. - Liaising with auditors, tax authorities, investors, and compliance agencies. - Monitoring financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies. - Leading and developing a high-performing finance team. - Fostering collaboration across departments for financial discipline and accountability. Qualifications: - CA preferred. - Post Qualification Experience of 8+ years in Finance Controller role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory requirements. - Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics), and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.,
