We are currently looking for dynamic finance analyst professionals to join us. Immediate Joiners


The Finance Manager will serve as the financial business partner to Sales teams across India. The role will focus on sales performance analysis, pricing insights, revenue forecasting, and decision support—not day-to-day accounting. The position requires strong analytical skills, ability to manage large datasets, and the capability to translate numbers into actionable business strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Ø Gl review and monitoring for SD (Sales & Distribution)

Ø Partner with regional sales teams to track performance, revenue growth, margins, and collection efficiency.

Ø Lead sales analytics and reporting through dashboards (Power BI/Zoho Analytics/Excel) to enable real-time decision-making.

Ø Analyze pricing models, discounts, schemes, and trade promotions to optimize profitability.

Ø Prepare monthly and quarterly business review reports with insights on customer, product, and regional performance.

Ø Develop forecasting and sales trend models to support demand planning and resource allocation.

Ø Work with IT/ERP/CRM teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and automation of sales and financial data.

Ø Provide financial analysis for new product launches, territory expansions, and business cases.

Ø Support management in profitability improvement initiatives and cost–benefit evaluations.

Ø Indirect tax (GST return filling).

Ø Other Assignment allocated by management.

Ø IT background or working knowledge of SQL is a plus, especially for managing large datasets and system integration.


Qualifications & Experience

Ø BCom/MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA(Inter) with 5–8 years’ experience in sales finance, commercial finance, or business analytics.

Ø Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, or distribution industries preferred.

Ø Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or equivalent).

Ø Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Ø Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales operations.

Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability; comfortable with large datasets.

Ø Strong stakeholder management skills, able to partner with business teams across geographies.

Ø Ability to convert complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Ø Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
