• To improve operational performance by analyzing data, identifying efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Create pro forma projections and evaluate potential ROI and IRR for new business opportunities.
• Analyze and report on performance variances of existing investments versus forecasts.
• Benchmark against comparable properties and transactions to validate investment assumptions.
• Develop operational dashboards and analytical reports for owners, asset managers, and executives.
