Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure financial health and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor key financial metrics and perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and improvement areas.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes across all business functions.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct periodic reviews of financial records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper internal controls.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist in monthly and annual financial reporting to track performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Strong Quantitative, Financial and Analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
