Core Responsibilities

1. Financial Modelling & Projections

• Develop

  detailed financial models

  including P&L, cash flow, balance sheet projections
• Prepare

  short-term and long-term forecasts

• Conduct

  scenario, sensitivity, and break-even analysis

• Support budgeting and reforecasting cycles with accuracy
  

2. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare

  monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports

• Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Identify trends, risks, and cost leakages
• Ensure reports are

  stakeholder-ready and decision-oriented

3. Stakeholder & Management Support

• Create

  clear, concise, and executive-level presentations

• Prepare

  financial decks, proposals, and business cases

• Support leadership during reviews, strategy discussions, and planning
• Act as a bridge between finance data and business teams
  

4. Business & Strategic Analysis

• Analyze operational and financial data to support growth decisions
• Assist in pricing analysis, cost optimization, and margin improvement
• Provide insights that directly impact profitability and scalability
  

Mandatory Skill Set (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Financial Modelling & Forecasting

• Advanced proficiency in

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

  (Pivot tables, complex formulas, scenario analysis, dashboards)
• Experience in preparing

  management-level MIS & reports

• Strong

  presentation and documentation skills

• Ability to explain numbers clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
  

Experience & Background

• 37 years of relevant experience

  in finance, analytics, consulting, or corporate finance
• Experience in startups, growth-stage companies, or fast-paced environments is a plus
• CA Inter / MBA Finance / CFA Level candidates preferred (not mandatory)
