Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our finance team in driving data-based decision-making. The role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing business performance, and providing insights that enhance strategic and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, key metrics, and industry trends.
  • Design and publish dashboards/reports using

    Power BI and Tableau

    to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  • Support the budgeting process and monitor budget adherence across departments.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Provide financial insights for business cases, new projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and cross-functional teams for financial data requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA/CFA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Tableau for dashboarding, reporting, and data visualization.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
