Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized MBA graduate or a commerce graduate with honours from a reputed university to join our team as an Accounting Executive. The resource will be working for our global customer as well. 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in book-keeping and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day book-keeping activities

· Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions on Excel.

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

· Ensure compliance with basic financial policies and procedures.

· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Essential: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or Commerce Graduate from a reputed university 

· Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in book-keeping and office management.

· Technical Proficiency: Highly conversant with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting are a must.

· Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customer. 

· Location: Noida.
