Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller position based in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients, handling inquiries, and managing customer interactions efficiently. They will make outbound calls, respond to incoming queries, and provide timely and accurate information about NoBrokerHood’s services. The Telecaller will also handle issue resolution, maintain records of interactions, and contribute to customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages as applicable
• Effective telecommunication and customer relationship management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving client issues
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools
• Multitasking capabilities and time management skills to handle multiple interactions daily
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is preferred
• Ability to work in a professional, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
• Educational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
