Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the overall objectives of the company.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Evaluation of variances; and initiating corrective actions wherever required.
• Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to the executive team.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements for the Group.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage capital allocation and investment decisions to optimize returns.
• Evaluate and prioritize capital projects, considering ROI and strategic impact.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support ongoing operations and expansion plans.
• Supervise accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
• Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify and assess financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, interest rate exposure, and market volatility.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen events.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial risk management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executive management and department heads support business objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners, such as lenders, investors, and auditors, to facilitate financing and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Serve as a liaison with auditors, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent within the finance organization through training, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
  

Skills &Qualifications

• B.com/ M.com/ CA or a related field.
• 10-16 years of experience working as a Financial Manager or Head of Finance.
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience in managing and leading a finance team.
• Familiarity with corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Experience with financial software and tools, such as Tally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
