Finance Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Disbursement Management:

Oversee the end-to-end loan disbursement process, ensuring accurate and timely transfers while maintaining detailed records for all disbursements.

• Tracker Management:

Develop and maintain comprehensive trackers to monitor all loan-related activities, including disbursements, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Loan Cancellations and Refunds Management:

Manage loan cancellations and refunds, ensuring compliance with internal policies and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Bank Reconciliation:

Perform daily and monthly reconciliations between internal financial systems and bank accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.

• LMS Reconciliation:

Regularly reconcile loan data within the Loan Management System (LMS) with financial records to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

• Cross-Department Coordination:

Act as the key liaison between the finance, credit, and loan operations teams to track loan status, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.

• Bank Coordination and Rights Management:

Manage communications with banks to resolve banking issues, secure necessary approvals, and handle follow-ups related to banking rights.

• Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for improving loan disbursement and financial tracking processes, streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all financial operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines for NBFCs, and stay updated on any changes in regulations.

• Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular reports to senior management on loan statuses, disbursement metrics, reconciliations, and outstanding loans, assisting in data-driven decision-making.

• Audit Preparation:

Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and readily available for review.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within an NBFC, fintech, or banking environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Loan Management Systems (LMS) and bank reconciliation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial tracking tools.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with NBFC regulatory requirements and compliance procedures is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
