Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new affiliate channels to expand vehicle supply.
• Explore offline auctions, coordinate with vendors, and manage the car procurement process.
• Schedule and oversee vehicle inspections from various internal and external lead sources.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize procurements post-inspection.
• Manage inside sales leads and ensure high conversion through proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure end-to-end compliance for all leads and activities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, vendor onboarding, or supply-side business acquisition (automotive or mobility sector preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter and hustler mindset—must be comfortable working on the field for extended hours.
• Prior startup experience or exposure to high-growth environments is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
