Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize working capital limits (fund-based and non-fund based), including cash credit, overdraft, and bill discounting (LCBD).
  • Oversee and manage term loans and other long-term financing arrangements.
  • Handle all aspects of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs) related to import and export activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, banking covenants, and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Liaise effectively with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes.
  • Manage foreign currency exposures and hedging strategies.
  • Support strategic financial planning and capital allocation initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust costing systems (e.g., standard costing, activity-based costing) for manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze product costs, overheads, and variances to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Control over accounts payable & receivable.
  • Control over all government incentives i.e. RoDTEP , DDB , IGST Refunds etc.
  • Financial activities related to EXIM.
  • Develop and present robust Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior management, providing key financial insights and performance metrics.
  • Other Cross Functional Works.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA - Finance qualification is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, financial management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, and cost management.
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Cost reduction and profitability improvement.
  • Compliance with statutory and internal audits.
  • Efficiency in working capital and inventory management.
  • Sales margin and credit risk management.
  • EXIM compliance and cost efficiency in international transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
