Finance Manager

• Budgeting and Forecasting:Creating and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing variances.
• Financial Modeling:Developing financial models to assess the potential impact of different business decisions.
• Strategic Planning:Contributing to the development of long-term financial strategies and goals.

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and recommending areas for improvement.
• Cost Management: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensuring the company has adequate cash flow to meet its obligations.
• Investment Management: Evaluating investment opportunities and managing the company's investments.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Leadership and Supervision:

• Supervising Staff: Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments to achieve company goals.
• Communication: Communicating financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Other Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Relationship Management:Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and banks.
• Staying Updated:Keeping up-to-date with the latest financial regulations, trends, and technologies
