Job Description

Position: Accountant

Female Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledgers.
Handle GST, TDS, and basic taxation-related compliance.
Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and balance sheets.
Manage vendor bills, client billing, rent agreements, and property-based documentation.
Coordinate with departments for payment follow-ups, receipts, and settlement updates.
Maintain digital & hard-copy documentation related to real estate transactions.
Assist with internal audit requirements and ensure legal compliance.
Maintain confidentiality of company finances and data.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

Bachelors Degree in
Commerce / BBA / Finance or related field
.
2+Years of accounting experience (Females preferred).
Proficient in
MS Excel, Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Accounting Software
.
Basic understanding of GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical ability, numerical accuracy, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

Eligibility Criteria: -

Only Female Candidates should apply.

Experience:
Minimum 2+Years
(Real Estate exposure preferred).
Must be available for full-time office-based role.
