Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, cash-flow management, accounting supervision, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to support management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including billing, accounting, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the company.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and cost control.
• Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with HR and management for vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external financial agencies.
• Implement internal controls and financial policies to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
