Job Description

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance

  • GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT) compliance
  • Income Tax compliance
  • PF/ESI statutory requirements
  • FEMA/RBI regulations
  • ROC/MCA filings and documentation

2. Financial & Accounting Operations

  • End-to-end accounting and monthly financial closing
  • Cash flow & treasury management
  • Payroll processing and statutory HR compliance
  • Handling forex transactions
  • Coordination with internal and external auditors

3. Management Reporting & Support

  • Preparation of MIS reports and dashboards
  • Financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing work of junior accountants
  • Ensuring strong internal controls and financial discipline

Educational Qualifications

  • CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / PG Diploma (Finance)
  • Candidates with strong specialization in finance, accounting, or taxation preferred
