As an experienced and passionate Kitchen Chef, you will be joining our culinary team with a focus on authentic South Indian cuisine. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant standards. - Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. - Supervising kitchen staff and assisting in their training. - Monitoring inventory and assisting in ordering ingredients and supplies. - Managing portion control and minimizing food wastage. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - Proven experience as a Kitchen Chef in a hotel or restaurant. - Strong knowledge of regional cuisines such as Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, and Karnataka. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - A culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
