Job Title: Kitchen Chef – Hotel Industry Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure food safety and hygiene in our hotel. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and managing the kitchen team efficiently. Qualifications and Skills: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts. 3–5 years of experience in a hotel kitchen Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Awareness of hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and prepare menus in coordination with the hotel manager. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient kitchen operations. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory and kitchen supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Train junior kitchen staff and ensure teamwork and discipline. Handle customer feedback related to food quality or service. Control food cost and minimize waste. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during service hours. Salary: As per the market standard
